Refund policy
At Vihaan Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We always strive to provide the best quality services in Bhopal. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our service, please read our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will be considered only under the following conditions:
- If the service provided is not as described or agreed upon at the time of booking.
- If there is a genuine issue from our side that remains unresolved even after corrective measures.
- If the request for a refund is raised within 7 days of availing the service.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- If the customer changes their mind after availing the service.
- If dissatisfaction is due to factors beyond our control (e.g., third-party delays, unforeseen circumstances).
- If incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer at the time of booking.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited within 7–10 business days through the same payment method used during the transaction. You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a booked service, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made later than this may not be eligible for a full refund.
